A number of prominent politicians are calling for the impeachment of U.S. President Barack Obama, for pushing gay marriage, in violation of the Defense of Marriage Act. He has violated his oath of office in doing so. Many are now also referring to him as a "one term President" whose health care program should be "repealed."
The President is making a number of politically unsavvy and illogical moves. In some interviews, Obama says it does not matter if he is a one term president, but in the next breath, asked to be reelected, while constantly make decisions the populace has voted against.
It does not make any sense. Who are his advisers and what are they really telling him, because it is damaging his presidency, legacy and name. 2012 is right around the corner and so much damage has been done to the Obama brand, reelection will be a next to impossible sell.

*Tongue in cheek* I just hope they pull out that microchip, before they release Obama back into the population after his presidency, because he is behaving like a Manchurian Candidate, via abandoning all he stood for and blatantly siding with things that are morally and politically wrong, in favor of financial backers that basically own him at this point.
My question is, if this man loses the presidency because of you, what are you going to say to him and his family in the face of impeachment and or defeat. That's not a pretty place to be in history.
He is the first black president in U.S. history, yet you have used him as a pawn, in things he knew better than to get involved with. Black people deserved more than that from President Obama and his selfish, morally bankrupt backers.
Oprah Winfrey
Talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, lured her highly educated cousin, Jo Baldwin, who is also a minister, away from a potential editorial job at Ebony magazine, only to fire her for, "Talking about Jesus too much." That's discrimination. Winfrey has made some strange proclamations about Jesus that did not sit well with Christians. Immediately after doing so, her ratings began to tank.

Rather than thanking the Lord for her success, Winfrey turned to the Hollywood way of hostility to all things Christian, including its adherents. For someone that preaches tolerance to her audiences (regarding gays), she sure missed the mark when it comes to 3/4ths of America's population - Christians. Winfrey constantly berates people for being intolerant to gays, which many believe she is, only to be abusive to Christians on and off air.

I don't respect that. I don't believe anyone should be abused, gay or straight - and one must respect others religious views and not try to punish them for it, which is the Hollywood way of doing things. That tinsel town act is wearing pretty thin and is going to see a serious global backlash.

The church played a major role in electing Obama in 2008, as one cannot become President of the United States without the Christian vote, due to America having a Christian majority. With each new betrayal of the Bible, Obama is giving more credence to public claims he is not a Christian and used it as a mean to get elected President. The church needs to wake up and get wise to what is happening, before all Christians hold dear is destroyed. The Lord said in the Bible "You shall know them by their deeds" which means one can tell a Christian by what he or she does, not by what he or she says.

Members of the GOP (Republicans) have agreed to undertake the Defense of Marriage in America. This comes as news was made public of U.S. President, Barack Obama, pushing for gay marriage, in violation of his constitutional oath.
Politicians and analysts are calling it an impeachable offense, as Obama has willfully chosen not enforce federal law, which is his job as the President of the United States. His decision to not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act shall cost him voters in the 2012 election, in an overwhelmingly Christian America. Muslims in America are not on board with Obama's decision either, as it goes against their religion as well.

Barack Obama According to a number of articles published in the past two days, many Christian churches, organizations and prominent figures, have denounced U.S. President Barack Obama's push to make gay marriage legal. President Obama has abandoned the federal Defense of Marriage Act, instructing the Justice Department not to support it. The President's conduct is in open contradiction to the Bible, which states marriage is between a man and woman. Millions of Americans share this view, as American is overwhelmingly Christian (75%), no matter what Hollywood tries to tell you. Christians worldwide have also retained this view on marriage, as being between and man and a woman, in accordance with the Bible. While no one should seek to harm, abuse, harass, injure or kill gays, it is not appropriate that an alternative lifestyle be forced upon others, who do not share the same view, as it goes contrary to their religious beliefs. Many other religions, such as Islam, are not in favor of gay marriage. Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, eloquently explained the issue as a matter of President Obama going against the will of the people, as in every American state the subject of gay marriage was proposed and placed on the ballot, it was overwhelmingly voted against by the populace. President Obama, who stated he is a Christian, is openly going against the Bible, in trying to appease his big buck Hollywood financial donors. However, as history has shown, Hollywood will not get one elected to office, but they have cost many the election. If Obama wants to go down in flames with Hollywood that's his choice. Christians, who are the most influential and sizable voting block, will not support Obama in the 2012 election on his current backslidden course. We are paying attention and we are not amused.

Never one to miss out on a chance for free publicity, irrelevant Madonna, via her brother, have waded into the controversy by claiming the song is a rip-off of her old rip off "Express Yourself." Having heard both tracks, the similarities are non-existent.

Lady GaGa was recently slammed for ripping off the preexisting Carl Bean song "Born This Way" which is also about homosexuality. Gaga, who is Italian, is also being accused of being a racist, by the organizations, Chicanos Unidos Arizona and MEChA, for using the words "chola" and "orient" in the song. The track does come across as a massive butt kiss for album sales that goes terribly awry with stereotypes and condescension.

Buju Banton
37-year-old dancehall singer, Buju Banton, real name, Mark Anthony Myrie, was arrested in Miami, Florida, in December 2009, on cocaine possession charges. However, the initial case resulted in a mistrial in September 2010. Banton, had been remanded into custody and denied bail throughout the case, but was recently freed.
A few weeks ago, the U.S. government declared it is indicting Banton on the same charges again, adding two new counts to the case.
Many believe Banton was targeted, due to his anti-gay lyrics, on negative songs such as "Boom Bye Bye." Pro-gay groups have consistently hounded organizers into dropping him from concerts.While the Judiciary Report retains its Christian faith, adhering to the Bible view that homosexuality is a sin that God offers forgiveness for, if there is repentance, a theme others such as Joel Osteen have stated as well, Banton and entertainers who make similar music, should not record violent lyrics. Yes, they have the right to free speech, but it is unkind to incite violence through music or any other medium. This needs to stop.
Dancehall is an offshoot of reggae, which was not violent. When my godmother's husband, the late Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, created reggae music, it was positive and uplifting. The music spoke of love and discussed social struggles, such as inequality, racism and poverty, giving people hope.
Dodd signed Bob Marley to his first deal and the singer/musician went on to spread a message of love, through songs like, "One Love," "Could You Be Love," "Is This Love," "No Woman No Cry" and "Redemption Song" to name a few. Marley's music touched the masses and also grossed over $3 billion dollars and counting.
From reggae sprang dancehall and later rap, two genres that have become quite negative, departing from its early positive roots. Count Machuki, who started rap in Jamaica as apart of Coxsone's sound system, then DJ Kool Herc, who brought it to America, inspired positive music from artists such as the Sugarhill Gang.
Regrettably, others later misused the genres and turned them into something undesirable and full of negative sounds. In the 1990s, things took a turn for the worse, when dancehall spewed heinous "murder music" in Tivoli Gardens (Jamaica) and rap gave birth to a terrible offspring, known as "gangsta rap" in Compton (America). Things swiftly went downhill from there.
Banton did begin his career with uplifting tracks, such as the infectious and touching, "I Wanna Be Loved" - a song even Bob Marley would have loved. However, Banton later departed from that sound, which he should have retained, rather than going the other route. Banton would do well to return to positivity in his music and life.
The Judiciary Report prefers comedic dancehall music, such as the hilarious song "Clarks" as opposed to violent or lewd songs, which are debasing. Two years ago, the Jamaican government began an initiative to ban violent and explicit music from the nation's airwaves and it was the right thing to do.
