Does Charlie Sheen Have A Case Against CBS And Warner Bros.

Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, who has been in the news more than the President of the United States, continues to treat the world to a sad and strange meltdown that is every publicists' worst nightmare. This is the kind of stuff that gives publicists bad dreams, where they wake up screaming with night sweats. Then, they cry when they realize it is not a bad dream, because it actually happened (for further reference see Lindsay Lohan's publicist).

For months, Sheen had one drug, alcohol and porn bender after another. Then, Sheen had a meltdown, insulted everyone, down to Thomas Jefferson and got fired from his job as star of the hit sitcom "Two And A Half Men."

Sheen's next plan of action was to announce litigation against CBS and Warner Bros., over lost income for the remaining 8 episodes of his show that were not filmed. "Two And A Half Men" has been cancelled indefinitely. However, Sheen stated he will be back on the program.

Sheen may have a case in court, provided the studios did not have a morality clause attached to his contract, requiring he conduct himself in a dignified and moral manner. Other clauses could be present that grant the right to terminate a contract. This could come into play.

In an ill-advised move, Sheen went on a media tour, blitzing America and the world with a series of strange interviews. My mother took one look at him on television and stunned stated, he'd aged one year in a day. Sheen has been looking worse for wear this week. He is not sleeping, is stressed out and not sober.

As was to be expected, some interviewers took advantage of Sheen in his fragile state and got some really crazy quotes out of him. If I had my own show I would never do that (*cough* I so would). If the interview was with a celebrity that went bonkers, who I felt compassion for, I would be gentle.

However, if it were a crazy celebrity that was known for being unkind to others in unprovoked acts, before the star got out there for the interview, I'd tell the live audience to agree with whatever I said. Then, when the celebrity sat down for the interview, I'd mess with their head.

I'd say something like, "Wow, did you see that Dragon trying to eat that unicorn over there" - the crowd would nod in agreement like they saw it as well and the mean celebrity would have a breakdown, coupled with a "Tom Cruise jumping on the couch" moment. Ratings bonanza! Ok, so I wouldn't do that - but admit it, that would be funny.

Looking at photos of Charlie Sheen over the past two years, in becomes evident, something happened to him this year that disturbed him mentally. Previously, he had drug and anger issues, but it has turned into mental illness derailing his life.

Sheen has now taken to Twitter to tweet for money, as his show Two And A Half Men, is on the back burner indefinitely. Having blown millions of dollars on lavish living, drugs, prostitutes and porn stars, Sheen is now concerned about money.

A pricey Ferrari was stolen and later fell into the hands of the FBI. One of the law enforcement agency's agents, decided to take the ride for a spin and crashed the luxury motor car. The FBI agent's joyriding exploits has gotten the Federal Bureau of Idiots Investigation sued, to the tune of $750,000.

This goofy and reckless move is going to cost the U.S. taxpayers money to defend in court, as the FBI is clearly in the wrong. However, knowing them, they'll just corrupt the judge. Apparently someone has been watching too much "Miami Vice." You're not Crockett and Tubs. Next time take the bus.

This incident brings home another problem with the FBI - speeding. A number of agents have engaged in drunk driving, with some incidents resulting in the deaths of innocent members of the public.

FBI agents have also engaged in reckless driving when they are sober. They abuse police credentials and speed through traffic, even when there is no emergency. There have been incidents of FBI agents unintentionally flipping their vehicles as well. Stop using the highway as a speedway.

U.S. District Judge Manuel Real has thrown out a $25,000,000 libel case, filed by British football player, David Beckham. He sued In Touch magazine for printing a knowingly false sex story by drug addicted prostitute Irma Nici, who claimed she had a threesome with the football player behind his wife's back, which Beckham denies. There are many discrepancies in her story, leading many to believe it is a lie concocted for fame, money and magazine sales.

Nici's physical description of Beckham during the incident was incorrect, as that was not the hairstyle he was sporting at the time, based on time stamped paparazzi photos. The hotel where the affair allegedly took place, flatly denies Beckham or Nici were ever there. Additionally, Nici has no passport stamps, travel receipts or bills to prove she traveled from her native Europe to Los Angels in America, where her shameful story placed them at the time. Her story has so many holes in it, people realized it is undeniably false.

Judge Manuel Real, threw out the case, stating in his ruling, In Touch did not act with malice, which is the American criteria for bringing such a case. What a load of rubbish. Someone prints a defamatory, deceitful story that does not check out, jeopardizing another person's marriage, causing their family "emotional distress and mental anguish" opening their small children up to public ridicule and that is not based in malice. Have you taken leave of your senses. Of course that is based in malice. I'm not vouching for Beckham, but in a case with so many lies against him, it should not have been thrown out.

Decisions such as Real's opens the judicial system up to intense international and domestic scrutiny, disgrace and cries of corruption, as many newspapers and websites are questioning the lunacy of the decision. To bring the point home, the same legal action against In Touch, succeeded in Germany, while failing in America.

What does that tell the nation and the world. You think about that the next time you and other judges with your corrupt mindset decide to write foolishness on paper and disgrace the judiciary to the watching world. People aren't stupid. They can think for themselves and are tired of witnessing miscarriages of justice come out of the court system, where it is still the litigant who can spend the most money, in more ways than one (hint hint) that wins in court.

Lohan jr., went on to state, "Furthermore, choosing to pick on those supporting Lindsay is equally disrespectful and shameful." Disrespectful and shameful is being apart of a sick cult, Kabbalah, that continues to illegally wiretaps people's phones and plant hidden cameras in people's homes to get their nasty kicks, in conduct their private investigator, Anthony Pellicano was arrested and imprisoned for.

Dude, your sister is a nasty degenerate thief and there's no way to pretty it up. She has no conscience and only cares about ripping off people. If you cared that much about her, you'd tell her to stop being such a criminal and respect the rights, property and privacy of others. She is the problem, not everyone else.

Michael Lohan Jr., 23, spoke out exclusively to RadarOnline.com in the wake of his starlet sister being charged with felony grand theft after allegedly stealing a $2,500 gold and semi-precious stone necklace from a Venice, California, store.

The Winklevoss twins, sat for a tedious and terrible interview on CNN's Piers Morgan Show, which was a mess. Piers Morgan’s attempts at playing devil’s advocate, in favor of Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, who stole $5 billion in intellectual property from the twins, had him coming across as, well, the devil. I can see why his ratings are in the toilet. No one wants to see that tosh.

As the story goes, Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea and groundwork for Facebook from fellow Harvard students, Tyler Winklevoss, Cameron Winklevoss and Divya Narendra, who had brought brought him into the project, to assist with their idea and framework.

Zuckerberg, was accused in a recent lawsuit of stealing the entire project out from under the trio and running with it. He changed the name from ConnectU to Facebook and went public.

The sordid story is the subject of a top grossing film, "The Social Network" which is said to have made Zuckerberg look very bad. I’ve not seen the film as of the time of this writing, but plan to shortly and will review it here.

Morgan spent the entire interview basically stating "too bad" and he would have done the same thing in ripping them off, if it would have brought him unearned billions in illegal gains. Why is this crook on TV. Never mind, he is encouraging disgraceful behavior from the CNN studios, such conduct is patently illegal domestically and internationally.

An appropriate resolution to the lawsuit would be to have the trio added as co-owners and co-creators of Facebook, with the majority share, but Zuckerberg will not do that of his own volition. It would have to be court ordered and the justice system is too corrupt to do the right thing.

In light of the appalling state of the justice system, one could easily bribe a judge and get away with such criminality, clearly empowering Morgan to believe, such unseemly conduct is permissible human behavior, when it is not. The justice system simply does not work and to Washington’s disgrace in the watching world.

However, the interview once again brought home what has gone wrong with the corporate sector and why the world is currently being crushed under the weight of an unyielding financial crisis. In a word, thievery.

So much stealing and so little creating and hard work is transpiring in swathes of the corporate sector. Gouging has been deemed good. Thievery has been deemed terrific. As a result, the crud, not the cream, has risen to the top and the inmates are now running the asylum. Such fraud based financial failures inevitably lead to human suffering and on a global scale, as we all have witnessed.

A handful of wealthy people got together and said we want to be even richer and basically gouged the American public, in conduct that had unintended negative side effects (see financial crisis), when other nations who had invested in the United States, were burned as well.

Millions lost their jobs and homes worldwide, all over a greed issue that began in the corporate sector that Washington allowed, erroneously believing it was the way to prosperity. Well, all found out the hard way it was not.

A perfect example of this would be using the farming industry, as a made up scenario. If 1,000,000 farmers are entrusted to produce a certain amount of produce and half of them decide to steal from neighboring farms, instead of doing any work, there will be a very noticeable shortage that could crush any nation in a number of ways.

Well, that’s what’s happened in the corporate sector - companies tossed the concept of hard work out the window and resorted to thievery and gouging. Then everything collapsed in 2008, setting the nation back several decades and severely damaging the world in the process.
