Do you hear that noise? It's a sigh of relief from Los Angeles cops at the news, trouble prone, former actress, Lindsay Lohan is leaving town. That's right, she's moving back to her home state of New York, to which the NYPD undoubtedly groaned in horror.

What's that white stuff in your nose, Lindsay!

Lohan has left for New York with her mother, Dina Lohan. She has also fired her management in seeking "a fresh start." But let's be honest. Trouble doesn't find her. She finds trouble. Therefore, it doesn't matter which city she is in or who is her manager. Lohan is the problem.

Lindsay Lohan Whining About Doing Time For The Crime

According to TMZ, former actress, Lindsay Lohan, is whining about going back to jail, under a proposed plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors in her grand theft case. You would think she'd have enough practice to be used to it by now, due to the number of times she's been arrested, but apparently not.

However, Lohan thinks she is better than others, above the law and should not do time for the crime. This mentality will continue to get her into trouble and fail her in life. People with a healthy respect for the law and consequences usually stay out of trouble. In all Lohan's run-ins with the police and court system, she still has not learned this vital lesson.

The worst part is, she is reveling in this negative attention, when she should be ashamed. She strolls into court posing for the cameras, rather than showing remorse for her many misdeeds. It does not endear the public to her. The paparazzi are not there because they love her. They are there because it is a paycheck watching and chronicling the freak show crash and burn.

Pop singer, Justin Bieber, 17, lost his little cool and flipped paparazzi the bird (rude middle finger salute that is the equivalent of saying the f-word to someone) as he and girlfriend, Selena Gomez, exited The Grove shopping mall in Los Angeles, California last night. This was inappropriate. I know he is under a lot of pressure, but flipping off photographers is not the way to go.

It was also claimed Bieber's 18-year-old girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was punched by one of his fans. However, Bieber's representative stated the story is not true, which is good, as hitting her or anyone is not right.

Report: Justin Bieber Trying To Visit The Playboy Mansion - Does His Mommy Know!

File this one under somebody should get grounded! Based on pop culture reports, underage pop singer, Justin Bieber, wants to visit the den of iniquity that is the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, California. I'm so telling his mommy. The Judiciary Report has only one thing to say to Bieber regarding his plan, "Go to your room, young man!" (LOL).

Seriously, does his mom know what he is attempting. A place like the Playboy Mansion in Bel Air would only corrupt him. It represents the worst and most decadent side of Hollywood, where women are degraded and disrespected as sex objects, then tossed away when they reach a certain age.

Not a good place for a kid. Not a good place for anyone. And to think, the Playboy Mansion is a stop on some Los Angeles bus tours of famous properties involving celebrities. Forget that, take me to Reagan's house (Bel Air).

Information regarding the surveillance tapes that reveal former actress, Lindsay Lohan, stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles, California jewelry store, indicate the troublemaker and kleptomaniac, used a friend to distract the sales representative. Lohan, then pilfered the necklace, while the unsuspecting clerk answered the inquiry of the one time actress' friend.

This news makes her crime look even more willful, rather than the bogus story of the entire incident, one of many thefts Lohan has committed, being a misunderstanding. She planned the whole thing.

Police also stated, Lohan turning the necklace over to the authorities, proves her guilt. Lohan needs at least one year behind bars, with no early release, to teach her some discipline and respect for the law and others’ property.

Hollywood troublemaker, Lindsay Lohan, was unceremoniously turned away from the NBA All Star Weekend party of Los Angeles Laker, Pau Gasol. The party took place this past Saturday at the trendy Sunset Marquis in Los Angeles, California.

Her checkered past, chocked full of socially bad behavior, disturbing the peace and violence, undoubtedly figured into the decision to deny the raging drug addict and alcoholic entry to the party. Lohan was seen pacing around the bar of the hotel, a violation of her probation, then attempting to gain entry into the NBA star's party.

Lindsay Lohan needs to take stock of her life and how she got to this place, as recent arrests prove she has not learned her lesson. There are many people out there that are battling to beat various addictions, yet most of them are not getting tossed from parties and other functions, for being violent, troublesome thieves.
