CCTV Gives Lindsay Lohan Away In Necklace Theft

Information regarding the surveillance tapes that reveal former actress, Lindsay Lohan, stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles, California jewelry store, indicate the troublemaker and kleptomaniac, used a friend to distract the sales representative. Lohan, then pilfered the necklace, while the unsuspecting clerk answered the inquiry of the one time actress' friend.

This news makes her crime look even more willful, rather than the bogus story of the entire incident, one of many thefts Lohan has committed, being a misunderstanding. She planned the whole thing.

Police also stated, Lohan turning the necklace over to the authorities, proves her guilt. Lohan needs at least one year behind bars, with no early release, to teach her some discipline and respect for the law and others’ property.

From a legal standpoint, how will Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, justify to a court of three female judges, why he lavished expensive, amorous gifts, worth $350,000, upon 17-year-old, underage stripper and prostitute, Karima El Mahroug.

Prosecutor's using the stripper's testimony revealed, Berlusconi gave Mahroug, "Two Rolex watches, one of which was worth $70,000, a $25,000 fur stole, a $20,000 diamond necklace, Versace shoes, a Dolce and Gabbana Swarovksi crystal designer watch, diamond bracelets, pendants, rings, earrings from brands like Bulgari and Tiffany red and black Valentino dress encrusted with Swarovski pearls, as a gift on Valentine's Day 2010 to mark 'our first meeting.'" He also, "Promised her an Audi R8."

As you can see based on testimony, Berlusconi gave Mahroug an expensive dress for Valentine's Day, which explains much about the nature of their illicit relationship. These are not gifts one gives to a minor one is not related to in some measure, as it would explain the largesse.

These are gifts a man gives his wife, girlfriend or mistress. This aforementioned evidence and additional items such as incriminating wiretaps, coupled with items indicating El Mahroug was present at orgies Berlusconi held at his Milan, Italy home, paints a picture of a man engaging in sex with a minor. Berlusconi's ex-wife's claims of her repulsion at his proclivity for underage girls, also doesn't help his case.

Prime Minister Berlusconi Criminal Trial To Begin In April 2011

Prosecutors in Italy have chosen the date of April 6, 2011, as the commencement of the criminal trial against their Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, 74, for engaging in sex with a minor and underage prostitution.

Berlusconi denies the charges, but prosecutorial wiretaps reveal the Prime Minister attempting to bribe young women into silence. The evidence in the case shall be reviewed by three female judges, who are of age. They may hold Berlusconi to greater account, due to being women witnessing the alleged exploitation of female minors.

At the center of the trial is Karima El Mahroug, a young Moroccan woman that is alleged to have participated in orgies at Berlusconi's mansion in Milan, Italy, when she was 17-years-old. El Mahroug denied the allegations on television, but wiretaps and prosecutor statements illustrate otherwise. An estimated 500,000 Italians have taken to the streets to protest the Prime Minister's conduct, demanding his resignation.

In a saga that goes from bad to worse, Hollywood troublemaker, Lindsay Lohan, was charged and arraigned today, for grand theft larceny, in connection with the swiping of a $2,500 necklace, from the Kamofie & Co. jewelry store in Venice, California.

It is another black mark on a career that has been blighted by self-inflicted trouble. No longer employable in Hollywood and having blown through her millions on, well, blow, Lohan has resigned herself to criminal mischief to pass the days. Now some want her to pass it in state prison. Another Disney star bites the dust...again.

Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged Today With Grand Theft

...And Anonymously Floats Rumor She Is Up For Role In "Superman"

Isn't it funny that every time fallen actress, Lindsay Lohan, is in danger of being thrown in a jail cell for self-inflicted misconduct, she is all of a sudden, mysteriously up for a big role in a big film, which is news to everyone in entertainment, including the movie's production staff.

Last week, the Judiciary Report published the article Report: Lindsay Lohan To Be Arrested Next Week. Once again, as news surfaced today that Lohan is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow, on grand theft charges, over a $2,500 necklace she ~~allegedly~~ stole from a Venice, California jewelry store, out of nowhere, she is up for a role in the forthcoming Superman film.

How would they ever obtain insurance with Lohan in the flick, given her track record. Who in their right mind would risk a $100,000,000 plus budget on a proven film destroyer. Who is she kidding. Lindsay needs to stop floating anonymous rumors and get on the straight and narrow. Stop doing drugs, abusing alcohol and stealing people's things.

It is really lamentable witnessing someone blow so many prime opportunities to succeed in life. Lohan has been given every chance at having a good career, healthy bank balance and more importantly, a sober, meaningful existence. Instead, she constantly chooses the hard road that brings such sadness and misery.

Most people strive for a healthy family, good friends, steady job, a home, vehicle and their bills paid. Lohan had all of that, repeatedly threw it away, was given numerous chances to recoup it all, but keeps flushing it down the toilet. The only thing she should be flushing down the toilet is her drugs.

The problem is her mindset. Lohan believes things that are rooted in insanity. She further believes she is entitled to take whatever she wants, show up to work whenever she feels like it and abuse anyone, anytime it strikes her fancy. She can do better than this. Until she changes her negative thinking, she will always be in trouble.
