Congresswoman, Michele Bachmann, has been hitting out against, U.S. President, Barack Obama, calling his administration "corrupt." She is displeased with a number of political decisions he has made, characterizing them as having damaged America.

Bachmann, a prominent member of the Tea Party movement, does not approve of the President's handling of the economy or health care. She also deems President Obama anti-American. According to reports, she is mulling a presidential run in 2012.

Many are complaining the health care bill of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is damaging America. It has already sent up the nation deficit by $1 trillion dollars, but recent news indicates there are deeper problem.

Critics complain ObamaCare is limiting health care choices, running up insurance premiums and adding a toxic amount of debt to the national tally. America needs a better health care bill, as the current one needs work, due to the many flaws that need to be removed.

The U.S. Government Duped Out Of $20,000,000 By Con Man

57-year-old crook, fraud and gambling addict, Dennis Montgomery, conned and "bamboozled" the U.S. government out of $20,000,000 in taxpayer money, on the promise of technology that could stop Al Qaeda. Are they sure Montgomery didn’t work for Al Qaeda and was fundraising (LOL).

Montgomery, who has filed for bankruptcy, sold the U.S. government software that did not work in detecting hidden messages in Al Jezeera broadcasts nor did if function as a facial recognition mechanism.

The Justice Department and the federal judges they own, are now acting to cover up the case, attempting to stop it from going public. Ooops, too late. The New York Times has done an extensive article on the subject.

One has to bear in mind, regrettably, the U.S. government has a long history of getting it wrong, in trusting individuals they should not and attacking people that should have been left alone. The U.S. government had unfounded suspicions about Gandhi, who they inappropriately investigated and for decades formally labeled Nelson Mandela a terrorist, to the nation and watching world.

FBI Anthrax Case Debunked By Scientists

Qualified scientists have ripped apart the FBI's shoddy anthrax case, which regrettably drove an innocent man to suicide. Clearly wathcing too much TV and spending an obscene amount of time, illegally snooping on real scientists, via abusing the Patriot Act, the FBI lost its ever loving mind and decided as law enforcement, to develop their own branch of science.

This would be hilarious, save for the very important fact, an actual innocent man lost his life over the FBI's madness. Scientist, Bruce Ivins, sadly committed suicide, when the FBI began stalking, terrorizing and hounding him, as the man they chose to pin the 2001 anthrax case on, where a member of Congress and everyday citizens were exposed to spores sent by mail.

Following their usual line of corruption and crookedness, the FBI quickly tried to close the anthrax case, after costing Ivins his life. However, scientists worldwide, sensing a miscarriage of justice had transpired, spoke out against the FBI, with many threatening to sue them.

A panel was formed and this week they released their findings that Ivins was innocent. The scientist was a patsy they chose to pin the blame on, to meet one of their standard arrest quotas, to extract more American taxpayers' money from Congress.

Will the Obama Administration continue the cover up or will justice be served. Considering the FBI owns Obama, due to spying favors they have done for him, in violation of domestic and international law, I say no.

Meanwhile, the real killer remains at large. Then again, may be not, as reports surfaced the spores used in the attacks came from a CIA laboratory. Yes, the same CIA that was slammed in the press for willfully breaking international law 100,000 times per year.

U.S. debt has increased to the point it now equals American economic revenues ($15 trillion). To those of you that think the nation has broken even, not quite. At the rate it is rising, the national debt shall surpass the money coming in to the country, via corporate revenues, by the end of the year. Too much spending and too little saving on the government's part.

Moreover, it is not good for any nation to carry such an enormous amount of debt. It negatively impacts international ratings and the country's economic pull in the world. It also weakens the national currency. Congressional House Speaker, John Boehner, stated of U.S. President, Barack Obama's wild spending, "Everything is on the table. We're broke. Let's be honest with ourselves."

Republican House Budget Committee Chairman, Paul Ryan, stated, "We'll see the details of this budget tomorrow, but it looks like to me that it is going to be very small on spending discipline and a lot of new spending so-called investments. Borrowing and spending is not the way to prosperity. Today's deficits means tomorrow's tax increases, and that costs jobs."

President Obama, has increased the national deficit more than any other Commander-in-Chief in American history. The President's proposed budget for this year is the most expensive in U.S. history. These are distinctions he could have done without. President Obama continues to engage in unruly spending, devoting taxpayer funds to wasteful projects that are not a necessity, rather than cutting back on costs to pull the nation out of a financial depression.

Additional errors were made when many billions in stimulus funds, which is taxpayer money, were thrown at large corporations, without any contractual stipulations the funds were to be spent on job creation, providing stiff penalties for any incidents of theft or misuse. As a result, said money is being hoarded by corporations and their officers, to the tune of $1.5 trillion dollars, according to estimates. There have been incidents of theft of said taxpayer money as well.

Now that President Hosni Mubarak has been deposed, Egyptians have only one thing to say, "Show me the money!" Seriously, authorities have begun the arduous process of tracing billions of dollars, said to have been stolen by the Mubarak regime. He is alleged to have used state funds to buy a fortune in real estate and other assets in America, Britain and the Middle East.

Mubarak went into office with very little and left a billionaire. This to many, indicates the pilfering of the national treasury for personal enrichment. Mubarak's accounts in Britain are candidates for seizure, with further asset searches being conducted.

Mubarak's son lives in a $35 million dollar London home in Belgravia, bought with state funds. It should be seized, auctioned and the funds given to the people of Egypt.

Why oh why, when people go into office, they do not resist the temptation of taking the People's money. It happens all over the world and there needs to be greater international accountability. Even in democratic nations, men such as former U.S. President, George W. Bush, engaged in double dealing in office, to enrich himself, his family and cronies to the tune of billions, at the American people's expense.

Middle East analysts and news reports in the Arabic media say Mubarak and his family kept most of their wealth in real estate stretching from Egypt's Red Sea coast to London, Los Angeles and New York, and in Swiss and offshore bank accounts.

Obama Bullet Train Taking A Beating

Economists, analysts and politicians have come out swinging against U.S. President Barack Obama's $53 billion dollar California bullet train. Not only is it very costly and constitutes unnecessary spending during a financial crisis, the proposed plans contain errors, fraud, exaggeration of profitability and charts the course of the train, through a rural area that will not recoup its costs.

In short, the train in its current proposed state is a waste of taxpayer money. Feasibility studies have been corrupted by those in favor of the bullet train, which means the taxpayers will take a beating when it is actually implemented and profits lag.

A bullet train in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, would be more profitable, than the proposed California corridor. However, such a project should not commence, until the ongoing financial crisis is resolved.

President Obama, attempting to seize upon another "Sputnik Moment," is wasting taxpayer money at the worst possible time with this project, in trying to keep up with China, Britain and France.

Had Washington cut the national budget from 2008 and not greenlit such exorbitant stimulus spending, where taxpayer funds were misappropriated and stolen, America would already be out of the financial crisis.

Instead, even more damage has been done to the economy, setting the nation even further away from financial recovery. Washington has not reined in spending, the deficit continues to jump and unemployment and foreclosures are still on the rise.

President Barack Obama, has approved funding for a $53 billion dollar bullet train, but cut heating subsidies for America’s poor, stating the nation can’t afford it. The Judiciary Report takes umbrage at this development. America is experiencing one of its coldest winters on record. It is even cold in Florida, with Georgia experiencing its coldest winter to date.

Yet, once again, the President has put the cart before the horse, in allotting billions for a train that is not a necessity, but a status symbol, while the poor goes cold. This is simply not right. How can this be the way.

It is another prime example of why the nation is still mired in a terrible financial crisis. The government has allowed financial corruption to batter the American people and continue to make poor fiscal choices that promote poverty instead of recovery.

The Republicans in Congress are opposing U.S. President Barack Obama's $53 billion dollar bullet train. The timing is very poor. This is not economizing and cost cutting. This is attempting to keep up with the Joneses in other nations, such as Britain, China and France.

This is definitely not the time for that. Bring the U.S. economy in the black, pardon the pun, then expand. No one is telling President Obama he cannot do this project, just not now. Under the circumstances, waiting has its merits and benefits.

The President keeps alarmingly putting the proverbial cart before the horse. The national and governmental plan should be economic recovery, then expansion. Not the other way around, as the latter will not lead to the former in a financial crisis. It is a very basic principle of economics and a fundamental lesson any politician worth his salt should follow.

When one is financially in the hole, one does not dig deeper with more debt, but sacrifices and climbs higher to freedom (financial freedom). And if Washington doesn't get that, America is in deep doo-doo.

President, Barack Obama, made an appearance today at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce today, hoping to spur hiring among the nation's top companies. U.S. unemployment remains stubbornly high and national revenues are down. Obama addressed the gather, imploring them to hire and invest.

However, as the Judiciary Report stated two days ago, in the February 5. 2011 article "The U.S. Economy Takes Another Negative Turn" businesspeople are "nervous" about "investing" and "hiring" due to the government's current, costly economic plan that is not panning out. The head of the U.S. Federal Reserve, Ben Bernake, also made an about face and warned last week against the slow pace at which the economy is adding jobs, as it is derailing any possible recovery.
