Evelyn Lozada To Basketball Wives: Show Me The Money

"Basketball Wives"

Contentious reality star, Evelyn Lozada, of the show "Basketball Wives" is demanding a higher appearance fee, according to TMZ. The news was published today, as it was revealed the women on the program are currently making $7,500 per episode, but Lozada, who got her butt kicked in the finale by Tami Roman, is holding out for $20,000 for every show shot (not literally).

Last week, when Lozada quit "Basketball Wives" via the internet, the Judiciary Report did state it was a money issue, "Exactly how much more money did O'Neal offer Lozada to possibly allow Roman to head butt and drop kick her in season three" (Shaunie Says No One Is Leaving "Basketball Wives"). The issue has now revealed itself as a contractual dispute for increased earnings.

Side Bar: On "Basketball Wives" they keep making mention of their "circle." However, with the way they behave and attack each other, one would think it is a circle of hell. One would also think they had the nuclear codes for the nation and have to protect it in some secret "circle."

What Will Be The Tea Party's Impact On The 2012 Elections

The White House in Washington, D.C.

It will be interesting to see what the American Tea Party movement, does to the vote in the forthcoming presidential and congressional elections in 2012. They have certainly galvanized the Republican base with a collective grassroots campaign that drove many voters to the polls.

Democrats are strategizing as well, after the "shellacking" they were subject to last year. Frustration with the economy is driving much of the discontent in America and understandably so, as people need jobs to provide for their families. The American way of life has been turned upside down through financial hardship.

U.S. Gas Prices Expected To Rise On Muslim Uprisings

Barack Obama

Reminiscent of some of the worst segments of the 2008 Financial Crisis, gas prices in America are reportedly set to surge again. It is one of the facets of the economic crisis that broke many working class people. In some U.S. states, people were playing $4-$5 per gallon of gasoline, which was misery for many.

Another bout of such gouging is going to have a worse impact than before, as unemployment has risen, while the housing market deteriorated, adding to Americans' financial burdens. The nation's financial state remains out of whack and the government has been unable to restore any balance.

Obama Pushes Billion Dollar Train But Cuts Heating Subsidies For The Poor

Barack Obama

President Barack Obama, has approved funding for a $53 billion dollar bullet train, but cut heating subsidies for America’s poor, stating the nation can’t afford it. The Judiciary Report takes umbrage at this development. America is experiencing one of its coldest winters on record. It is even cold in Florida, with Georgia experiencing its coldest winter to date.

Yet, once again, the President has put the cart before the horse, in allotting billions for a train that is not a necessity, but a status symbol, while the poor goes cold. This is simply not right. How can this be the way.

It is another prime example of why the nation is still mired in a terrible financial crisis. The government has allowed financial corruption to batter the American people and continue to make poor fiscal choices that promote poverty instead of recovery.
